RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

30-DAY GUARANTEE

You may request a return within 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. The product must be unused, clean, and in its original condition.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, contact us at SUPPORT@NESTANDPAWS.STORE and include your order number and the reason for the return.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

APPROVED REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.

Please allow 5–10 BUSINESS DAYS for the refund to appear in your account.

SIZE EXCHANGES

If you ordered the wrong size, you may request a size exchange within 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY, subject to availability.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 HOURS of delivery and include photos of the item and your order number.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 HOURS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER. After this period, your order may already be processing.
